World-class chefs Adam Perry Lang and Chris Bianco designed a family-style menu that is second-to-none, executed masterfully by chefs Lucas McKinney and Jessica Nealis. The Machete Bar boasts an impressive whiskey collection, mixologist Sadie Montana Grusin with an imaginative locally-focused cocktail menu and an affectionate tribute to Evel Knievel - who tried (and failed) to jump the Snake River Canyon in 1974.
